Are any of you guys still doing stated deals at the 600 FICO levels?
I have a few that i turn to from time to time but their conditions are so difficult and unrealistic its almost as if they're conditioning you not to go thru.

Anyway's if u have any subprime wholesale lenders u can recommend I could use a few on some files that have been sitting stale since June but the borrowers are still gonna do them if I can find a home.

Emigrant is still doing "Doc Ease" which is pretty much no doc if the LTV is low enough.

Are you refering to SISA, SIVA? What LTV are you looking for? If you're borrower is not a dead beat and can handle the payments...you can work around it...If you need to creatively work these loans I can cobroker this for you. Let me know.
